Although we live a 7 hour drive apart and hold down our own separate foodie businesses, we band together several times a year for large events.
Our kitchens are always full of love and laughter thanks to our hard working but hilarious crew.
Mel: Mid North Coast NSW. Eats everything! Favourite foods include pig’s trotters, lambs fry and brussel sprouts. Believes if you can smoke it, bbq it or caramelize it, you’re a champion.
Tara: Goulburn & Canberra. Mainly vegetarian but sometimes a little bit pescatarian. Pastry chef extraordinaire! Specializes in whole foods, dietary requirements and delicious desserts.
